[About POVIN Studio] POVIN Studio is a rental studio giving you exclusive use of an 83 m² (25 pyeong) French-style interior plus a 165 m² (50 pyeong) rooftop with a view of Namsan Tower. With the rooftop included, it holds up to 50 people 🫶🏻 It suits all kinds of shoots — online store, product, advertising, wedding, dance, snap photography — and the 165 m² rooftop gives you Namsan Tower and the Shilla Hotel as a backdrop. Five minutes' walk from Yaksu Station (Lines 3 and 6), the studio is unstaffed and open 24 hours. There is no lift; take the stairs to the right of the pilates studio on the 3rd floor. House rules

[Review event]
Promise us a photo review and we'll pay back ₩10,000!
Just write 'review event' in your booking notes. 🤍
[Keep to your times]
- Please stick to your booked hours.
- The fee covers the [start time] to [end time] you booked.
- Preparation and setup, packing away equipment and putting the space back as you found it are all included in that time.
- Running over costs [₩10,000 per 10 minutes].
[Take care with damage]
- Please wear indoor shoes inside the studio.
- The furniture is not easy to move.
- Damage or staining to floors, furniture, props or fabrics may be charged as repair or cleaning costs.
- If something is damaged: we check it together on site, photograph it, obtain a quote, and then request compensation.
[Crew size]
If the agreed maximum crew size isn't respected, the host may cancel the shoot or ask for an additional payment.
[Etiquette]
- Please be considerate of the neighbours.
- All rubbish generated during your shoot must be cleared away.
- You're welcome to park in any available space around the building; if there's none, use a nearby public car park and send us the receipt and we can cover the cost.
- Listings say 5th floor, but it sits at the height of the 3rd, and there is no lift.
- Only light, non-odorous snacks and drinks may be brought in.
- We can't dispose of food waste, so please take leftovers with you.
- On your way out, please sort rubbish into the bin and recycling containers.
- Absolutely no smoking inside or outside the studio, e-cigarettes included.
